The base where the phone sits has no grip, so the phone can very easily slide right off. It's incredibly annoying if you're not careful. Otherwise this thing serves its purpose and I'm happy I got it!Also, addressing its adjustability, when the weather got warm, I was able to manually bend the part where the phone sits back, which solved the camera/viewing angle issue.
